Kranj, April 23, 2012 – ETSI, GSMA and the MSF are pleased to invite you to participate to the second RCS/VoLTE Interoperability Event.

The event will be hosted by Telecom Slovenia and SINTESIO, Kranj, Slovenia and China Mobile, Beijing, China from October the 1st to 12th 2012.
The event is open for participation to :
— Equipment vendors: UE, eNB, Sec-GW, EPC equipment, IMS core equipment, DRA, IBCF/TrGW, MMTEL AS, RCS AS, ENUM equipment
— IPX Providers,
–Test tool vendors,
— Operator observers.
In addition, Operator’s days is scheduled for 10 & 11 October 2012 to visit the event and participate in a workshop focusing on Next Generation Services, RCS, VoLTE & Beyond. This will be an ideal chance for operators to concentrate their participation in the event to get the maximum value in short time. Attendees can exchange information regarding their experiences in relation to the technology and provide requirements for future interoperability events hear the latest news from the participating vendors on their products and get initial feedback of the level of interoperability demonstrated during the IOT.
This interoperability event will focus on validating core network interfaces and multi-vendor deployment strategies for RCS and VoLTE technologies. MSF and ETSI TC INT have developed dedicated testing scenarios incorporating 3GPP LTE, EPC and IMS architecture, MSF Test Specifications, TC INT Test Specifications and GSMA technical recommendations.

About the Sintesio

Sintesio is an open, not-for-profit foundation, co-founded by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), Slovenian Institute for Standardization (SIST), and Iskratel, a Slovenian telecommunication vendor.
